			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So i&#8217;m going to start making an effort to log my food/drinks seriously and get 30mins to an hour of cardio daily. <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Yayyy. I don&#8217;t feel like i&#8217;ve really lost any weight in particular, but I feel like I have gotten more tone.</p>
<p>Food:<br />
1 bowl of raisin bran<br />
a few handfuls of chips<br />
1 turkey breast sandwich on white bread(sigh)<br />
1 cup of ice cream mixed with a butterfinger. So fucking delicious.</p>

Lots of water<br />
~ 1 and 1/2 cups of milk</p>
