Crunches: 20
Side Crunches: 20 each side
Sit and tuck: 10
Sit and tuck each cheek: 10

Daniel-
Pyramid up to 3
Tricep-Diamond Pushups: 6
Dips: 3 sets of 8
Hindu Squat: 1 set of 25
Crunches: 20
Side crunches: 20 each side
Sit and tuck: 10
Sit and tuck each side: 10
